Shipping-
We ship overnight/next day delivery using insulated boxes and heat/cold packs when required. Our shipping days are mon,tues,wed. Shipments on thursday are not gauranteed. . Live arrival is gauranteed if someone is there to sign for it. Any complaints must be made within 2 hours of delivery by phone. leave a detailed message if necessary. We are not responsible for shipper mistakes.. Shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

Health -
All animals sold are free of parasites and infections. Any complaints must be made within 2 hours of delivery by phone as stated above. If the animal does not meet these conditions we must be notified within the 2 hour time period and shipped back within 24 hours. Shipping is your responsibility.

Auction Sales-
We sometimes sell items through different auction websites. The buyer/bidder is binded by the user agreements of the site that item is listed. Also if you win the auction on an item, You must contact em to arrange payment/shipping. Payment is expected within 72 hrs of close of auction listing unless agreed we have made and agreed on other arrangements. If payment and/or contact is not recieved within this time frame you will be reported to the administrator of the site and possibly the I.F.C.C. for further charges.

Trades-
We occasionally will accept a trade. We do not ship first. We will ship after trade is recieved and verified to be in good health and as stated. Written agreements are a must, either in writting or email.
